At Hooriyan, we strive to ensure that your favorite fragrances reach you as quickly and safely as possible. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, and more.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation.

Weโ€™ve partnered with Pathao for express delivery in Dhaka city.

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM (Sundayโ€“Thursday)

  • Delivery usually completed within 4โ€“6 hours

  • Available only in select Dhaka areas

Note: Pathao express delivery charges may vary based on your location and order volume.

3. Standard Delivery

For areas outside Dhaka or not covered by Pathao Express:

4. Delivery Charges

  • Dhaka (Metro): Starting from เงณ60

  • Outside Dhaka: Starting from เงณ100

  • Orders above เงณ2,000 may qualify for Free Shipping (Promotional Offers Only)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your delivery on the respective courier partnerโ€™s website or app.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@hooriyan.comย 

  • We will coordinate with the delivery partner and ensure the issue is resolved promptly

7. Delivery Hours

  • Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, excluding public holidays

  • You may receive a call from the delivery agent prior to delivery

8. Special Note

Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays. If the delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
