  • Orders can be placed via our website using available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh via third-party courier services.

  • Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or weather.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product, only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bKash/Nagad within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Perfume items cannot be returned if opened due to hygiene concerns.
